Our training programs are benchmarked with Global Standards and adhere to all guidelines laid down by the Government of India.
Training sessions are regularly conducted every quarter and frequent refresher courses are also organized for our existing force to optimize performance levels.
Additionally, our guards are also trained to operate technology equipment to meet today's demanding security scenario. Once the force is appointed for a client, an in-depth briefing and training session is done on-site followed by posting of the guards after client approvals.
